Well to answer that, we need to firstly define what "Personal Branding" basically is. Many think of YouTube first. Isn't that exactly where we find most Multi Level Marketers sending their down lines and affiliates? At least the ones promoting "Personal Branding" as a marketing strategy certainly do. And currently there practically are a dozens of additional video hosting websites that have made their way into the marketplace. I think most of you will find that at whatever is hot today in Multi Level Marketing, you will find on these websites.
"Personal Branding" is much more than just YouTube videos. Personal Branding contains two other important components not often talked about, but what I deem just as important. The first one is "conveying your competencies". Is it the way you deliver satisfaction? Is it your availability? Is it the rates? You need to figure out this right from the start with your business and ingrain it in your advertising and marketing strategy.
These are the components that you need in addition to what your company offers for your business. To systematically have the ability to sponsor, you need to stand out amid others. Your individuality and your personality will do that. You only need to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding can make it easy. Your brand does not need to attract everyone. Underneath it all, people like to relate to other folks. Predominantly if they are just similar to them. They recognize that no one is perfect so as they see some characteristics that shows that they are similar to them, they are naturally attracted. So we have the three elements of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" which make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must. So be your own self and get out there.
