4th stage: The final stage that we are going to encounter in a break up experience is acceptance. At times, the ideal way to deal with a break up is to accept the fact that our relationship was never intended to last. We just should be happy that we have tried the magic of love -- even if for a short while -- with someone whom we really loved. At this stage, you recognize that it is ended and you probably will be willing to meet some new people to potentially date.
